Peter (carpenter) and Nick (pharmacist) combined their creative minds and experimented for over 2 years until they finally had a product that they were ready to share with their friends and family.
A mixture of old traditions and new refinements resulted in OOZO.
OOZO is distilled from South Australian organic grapes and infused with natural aniseed.
The result? A clean, subtle spirit perfect for any occasion.
Peter and Nick have family roots in Imbros and Kalymnos of Greece.
The creation of OOZO came from their proud Greek heritage combined with their love of South Australia and its produce.
In order to produce the highest quality spirit we use a copper pot still. We found that it plays a huge role in OOZO's unique aroma, taste and silky texture.
