Double distilled in our copper pot still from South Australian organic grapes.
We decided to go a bit heavier on the aniseed in our latest batch, giving it a slightly sweeter flavour compared to batches 1 and 2.
The extra aniseed gives OOZO a smooth, refreshing taste.
Due to the extra aniseed when water is added the magic happens and the spirit turns white and cloudy.
No sugar or preservatives.
