In order to produce the highest quality spirit we use a copper pot still. We found that it plays a huge role in OOZO's unique aroma, taste and silky texture.
OOZO is proudly owned and operated in Adelaide, South Australia. Our spirit is distilled from South Australian organic without any additives or sugar.
Peter and Nick have family roots in Imbros and Kalymnos of Greece. The creation of OOZO came from their proud Greek heritage combined with their love of South Australia and its produce.
